Another vacant property handed over to us for the full reset. The interior had been let go and the garden hadn't been touched in months. The brief was straightforward: get every room back to a lettable standard, and sort the outside while we were at it.
Fixed budget, fixed scope, end-to-end delivery, no surprises along the way.
Bathroom taken back to bare walls. Waterproofing went in first, then new tiles top to bottom, a new suite, and fresh plumbing throughout. Pressure-tested, sealed, and signed off before we moved on.
Each bedroom had the old carpet and underlay pulled up, floors prepped, and new flooring laid. Walls patched, sanded, and repainted in a clean neutral finish. Doors checked and adjusted, handles tightened, and minor joinery work sorted as we went.
The kitchen was beyond a refresh, so it came out completely. New units, worktops, splashback, and tiling installed in their place. Plumbing reworked to fit the new layout and tested before close-up. Floor relaid, painted out, and finished cleanly.
Living spaces stripped of old flooring, subfloors checked and levelled, and new flooring laid throughout. Walls prepped, holes filled, and a fresh coat of paint top to bottom. Skirting and trim repaired where they'd seen better days.
The garden had been left for months and needed bringing back under control. We cleared the overgrowth end to end, cut the lawn down to a clean finish, and rebuilt the sections of fencing that had given way. Tidy, presentable, and a proper outside space again.
